12 slices home-style white or whole-wheat sandwich bread, toasted
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
8 lettuce leaves
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
8 ounces thinly sliced cooked turkey breast or chicken breast
8 tiny sweet pickles (optional)
8 pimiento-stuffed green olives (optional)
What to Do
1. In a 10-inch skillet, cook bacon over moderate heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels; set aside.

Ingredients
5 Cups RICH TURKEY STOCK (Click for recipe)
3 Stalks celery cut into 1-inch pieces
2 Large potatoes peeled and quartered
2 Carrots cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Onions quartered
1 Cup uncooked noodles
2 Cups COOKED TURKEY cubed
Directions
In 5-quart saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients.
Over high heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for one hour.

I've made these cookies many times, it's my favorite from the cookie book.
2 1/2 cups Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup Dark brown sugar
3/4 cup Sugar
2 sticks Butter, softened (do not melt butter, just softened)
3 large Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
Bag of Semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375*F.
In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder.

2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon mint extract
Green food color (optional)
FROSTING
1 (6 oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
1/3 cup butter or margarine
Directions
Heat oven to 350F. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan. In large bowl, combine all brownie ingredients.

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 12-ounce package frozen pitted light or dark sweet cherries
1/2 cup cherry jam or cherry preserves
1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
1-1/2 cups packaged regular or buttermilk pancake mix (not complete pancake mix)
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup purchased apple butter
Directions
For flavored butter, in a small mixing bowl, use a small whisk to combine butter, honey, and cinnamon. Whisk until well combined; set aside.
For cherry sauce, in a medium saucepan, combine frozen cherries, cherry jam, and orange peel.

Ingredients
1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
1 tbsp apple juice
3 cups fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 cup Neufchatel cheese, softened
1 cup low-fat sour cream
1 cup sugar (or Splenda)
1 ½ cups mashed ripe banana
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 ½ tbsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 tbsp cornstarch
¼ cup strawberry sundae syrup
¼ cup chocolate syrup
¼ cup butterscotch syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°.
To prepare crust, combine first 2 ingredients in a bowl; toss with a fork until moist.
Press into bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan coated with cooking spray.
